Account Manager

Job Description

1.     Handle full set of accounts, to perform Accounts Receivable and Payable transactions which include invoicing, debit note, credit note, debt collection, bank reconciliation, payment, aging analysis.

1. Ensure all transactions are supported with proper approval and relevant supporting documents as well as recorded in the accounting system and with proper filling.
2. Responsible for performing month-end account closing and submit monthly report to Management on a timely basis
3. Responsible in calculate costing, stock in with landed cost
4. Responsible for monthly tax submission
5. Responsible in handle payroll and all HR matters (monthly payroll, statutory filing, and submission, leave, etc.)
6. Liaise with tax advisors and other statutory bodies

-       Degree or relevant Professional Degree in Accounting or Finance
