Lowongan EXPORT IMPORT SUPERVISOR di PT Autoliv Indonesia

Position Scope :

• Shall manage & responsible to monitor all shipment progress door to door as targeted timeline
• Responsible for import & export process

Responsibility :

• Select and recommend for 3PL required for supporting the import goods shipment and custom clearance in timely basis
• Communicate tightly with 3PL in monitoring the shipment process from overseas
• Review the performance of 3PL and report in timely basis
• Check the 3PL billing
• Acknowledged the requirement for import or export of the company (COO from Supplier, Import/Export License)
• Monitor the COO achievement and Import/Export License quota and report timely
• Monitor the shipment process from overseas supplier until arrival into Indonesia
• Check and confirm the PIB/PEB
• Up to date with government regulation regarding Import/Export Activity
• Period report data to government system (impotation, license quota usage etc)
• Monitor the license quota usage
• Apply and follow up for the new or renewal license
• Lead Activity if any custom audit activity occur
• Make analysis, countermeasure plan a if any gap occurred in each process

Requirement :

• Minimum 5 year experience as Export Import Specialist (preferable from automotive company)
• Understand about the Indonesia Import and Export Regulation
• Understand about Incoterm and Global Trade Regulation
• Understand about Import / Export Cost Calculation and Control
• Understand about 3PL Management
• Understand about JIT
• Have Experience in Getting Import/Export License from Indonesia Government
• Have Experience in the process of Indonesian Custom Audit
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any Major
• Strong Analytical and Reporting Data
• Good Command in English
