Lowongan Product & Marketing Manager di PT B. Braun Medical Indonesia

• Develop product's business and optimized product's portfolio in area responsibility
• Manage the entire product life cycle, price fitness and product road map (current and next 5 years) to ensure growth sustainability of the business unit
• Support and work closely with Business Management team to achieve division and company’s goals and objectives.
• Prepare and continue monitoring New Product Launch (Pre - During and Post)
• Build a good relationship both internally and externally.
• Product Training

Professional Competencies:

• Candidate must Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science or Nursing from reputable University
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Product Manager with strong exposure in multinational company
• At least 1 year's people leadership experience (preferable)
• Able to do presentation and communicate in English is a must
• Understand and able to work with compliance
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Office)
• Has a strong relationship with healthcare association (example IKABI, PERSADIA, PEDI)

• Attention to detail
• Able to plan and implement strategy.
• Good interpersonal and emotional maturity
• Able to work in a matrix organization (influencing without line authority)
• Willing to work with high mobility.
