Deskripsi Pekerjaan


The Sales Support ensure client’s and our own company’s need are met. Client satisfied with after sales service and it can be one of the advantage for us for new projects with client. 

The employee shall complete his/her working hours and days as described on the following SOP: HR-001 “Employee Working Days & Hours”. If this is not given, the absence will be treated as described under the clause “Definition” in the SOP.

The employee shall follow all regulations and processes given by the organization and his/her managers, especially but not limited to in regards of HSE (health, safety & environment).

Job Duties

  • Hardcopy and digital filing of purchase order
  • Hardcopy and digital filing of quotations
  • Hardcopy and digital filing of technician’s timesheets
  • Incl. data entry to RIS systems.  
  • Hardcopy and digital filing of travel expense reports for the whole team
  • Handling special tools inventory for specific technician team
  • Registration of new customers
  • Coordinate with local driver for technicians needs
  • Issuance of invoice request to accounting unit
  • Issuance of payment request to finance unit
  • Monitoring prepayment / payment
  • Registration of new quotation in manual excel file
  • Registration of new order in manual excel file and NAV systems 
  • Make a hard copy for Rieckermann or save a copy on the server if a softcopy is available. 
  • Contributing and assisting in all areas of work of superior
  • Preparing, collection and filling reports
  • Keep track of important tasks and deadlines
  • Monitoring and updating progress of team for superior
  • To assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Management.
  • Willing to work extra hours to complete tasks and fulfil customer’s needs.

Requirements :

  • Minimum D3/S1 
  • With experience minimal 2 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Able to multi-task
  • Works self-reliantly.
  • Goal-oriented, dynamic and high sense of responsibility.
  • Creative & have good attention to detail
  • Team and disciplined working spirits.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
