Job Requirement

-         Maximum Age 35 years

-         Minimum Education Diploma D3

-         Extensive knowledge of social media

-         Having at least 1 year experience in KOL management position is preferred

-         Can work under target and pressure with strong responsibility

-         Able to master English both spoken and written is preferred

-         Have good negotiating skills

-         Know and have extensive knowledge in the field of E-commerce

-         Accustomed to communicating with KOL or social media influencers

-         Have the ability to manage various kinds of social media

-         Placement in PIK, Jakarta Utara

Job Description

-          KOL according to the company's product and brand image and knowing the rate cards of KOL / Influencer candidates, Content Creators on several different platforms (Instagram, TikTok)

-         Able to get KOL in accordance with the target

-         Negotiate and cooperate with KOLs / Influencers, keep track of their performance and maintain good relations with all KOLs

-         Handle customer service for tiktok shop and whatsapp if needed

-         Manage all social media accounts regarding post posts, comment replies, message replies and so on

-         Understand about the affiliate feature on TikTok Shop

-         Find out about KOL's qualifications regarding sales and brand awareness

-         Handle agreements such as MoU, MoM with related KOLs

-         Can do other work related to other divisions
