Job Description:

• Create a new product concept through in-depth research into the market trends.
• Conduct a comparative study about the competitor’s product and propose a product concept, hero ingredients, pricing, packaging recommendation.
• Innovating new products pr existing products regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects that meet market needs.
• Manage end-to-end product development pipeline, from ideation to launch, including BPOM & HALAL certification, other dermatology test/efficacy/safety certification.
• Conduct User Panel Test & Product Sample review
• Engage internal and external end-users to gather insight that informs product decisions.
• Working with 3P factories to create product samples, concept development, and other preparation to launch new product.
• Working with suppliers for raw or packaging materials to get the latest trend that can support product development process.
• Working closely with R&D team to create product formulations that meet user's needs.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant major (chemist, pharmacy, bio-engineering graduates is a plus)
• At least 1 year of work experience in a product role in the FMCG industry (experience in the skincare or beauty industry is preferable).
• Proven experience in managing product development.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Have the ability to conduct user research and product market research.
• Capable of synthesizing data from various feedback sources in order to inform decisions in prioritizing and designing product features.
• Able to join ASAP and willing to be placed in Tangerang.
