Lowongan Senior Business Development Specialist - MCN di PT Future Commerce Indonesia

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Business Development Specialist - MCN to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through identification of new leads that will be the next big thing on TikTok.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the operation of the MCN sector, having a deep understanding of the TikTok influencer landscape, including the most relevant influencers in different niches, their engagement rates, and the type of content that performs best on the platform.
• Maintain a good cooperative relationship with MCNs and be able to carry out various businesses efficiently.
• With the resources and capabilities for business development, able to develop and implement influencer campaigns that deliver measurable results and driven by achieving high ROI for their clients.
• Generating and expanding potential clients and an active growth pipeline, as well as promoting the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Being able to analyze market trends and customer data to identify potential sales opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or similar (preferably from marketing / business major).
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a related field.
• Fluency in English is a must, trilingual speaker is a plus (Indonesia - English - Mandarin).
• Have an experience working with hundreds of creators at the same time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
