Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related filed.
- Having at least 7 years of sales and business working experiences.
- Great understanding in product knowledge.
- Having wide networking or business partnership for long term business cooperation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present data clearly and professionally to team/clients/stakeholders.
- Collaborative person in working team.
- Understanding Sales Enablement Tools such as (CRM), market insights, customer insight, company knowledge, workflow, sales team management, and customer data management.
- Great negotiation skill and leadership ability.
- Wiling to travel if needed to meet clients/stakeholders.
- Ability in using Microsoft office and other supported sales tools.
- Working placement in South Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for team of sales such as giving mentorship/training/transferring the information of sales strategies and company target to achieve the sales goal.
- Responsible for achieving revenue and Gross Profit to company.
- Maintain the strategic development, performance and maintenance of the sales activities of the sales team.
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, customers, partnerships, products and services.
- Direct and manage the performance and development of team members.
- Control and make budgeting plan.
- Collaborate with the vendors to plan, develop and execute the business plan.
- Communicate, contact and evaluate new potential clients to seeking information of company product into actionable sales strategies and approaches.
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain executive level relationships with partners, client marketplace, vendors.
- Maintain individual team members to ensure targets are met.
- Meet with customers/clients to discuss and offer of company service.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise team to resolve the issue arise.
- Arrange and examine weekly/monthly/annual report of sales target for sales department.
- Giving direct report to CEO about the sales growth.
