Job Descriptions:
- Handle and responsible for brand X exclusively in Distributor
- Achieve sales target both in modern and traditional channel in distributor and others KPI
- Vertical and Horizontal Distribution for X Producs and explore others channel opportunity for distribution X
- Monitoring stock availability in Distributor and ensure Service Level to Costumer
- Implementing and Monitoring store execution (price, promotion) in modern and traditional channel
- Monitoring Competitor Activities/Market Intelligence and reports to X brand
- Weekly/Biweekly Coordination with X brand
- Lead Regular Monthly Business Review with Distributor and X brand
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- minimum 3 Years Experience as Sales Manager/ASM from reputable FMCG company/distributor FMCG
- Experience in managing Distributor FMCG (ex distributor/principal is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
- Experience handle Baby Products/Cosmetic brand/Health Care
- Excellent to operate Microsoft Office (word, excel , excel pivot, power point)
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Having good Integrity is a must
Working placement : Sinbad Head Office, Distributor Office, X Brand's Office.
