Job Description / Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSE programs
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards
• Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root cause, and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in the development and delivery of HSE training
• Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
• Prepare reports on HSE performance metrics
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations
• Serve as a resource for HSE questions from employees
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills
• Coordinate with other departments on HSE initiatives
• Implement process improvements to reduce HSE risks
• Perform regular site visits to monitor HSE compliance

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, or related field
• 3+ years experience in a health, safety, or environmental role
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST)
• Experience with auditing and developing safety management systems Familiarity with ISO 45001 standard
