JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a skilled legal assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will work and perform various tasks related to the legal field. The scope of the job includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting make and review agreement, managing client files, and providing administrative support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

-       Conduct legal research and provide summaries to assist lawyers in preparing legal documents.

-       Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs, under the guidance of a lawyer.

-       Manage client files, including organizing documents, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.

-       Provide administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails.

REQUIREMENTS :

-       Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Law Faculty or secretarial or related field.

-       At least 1 years of experience as a legal assistant or working at notary office, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

-       Strong organizational, research, and communication Skills

-       Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures

-       Fluent in English, both verbal and writing will be an advantage

-       Able to operate Ms Word. Ms PowerPoint, and Excel

-       Able to work independently with tight deadline.
