Job Description:

• Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records, including timely billing and payment processing
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
• Verifying employee expense reimbursements.
• Prepare Finance and Accounting documentation
• Oversee the invoicing process to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances from clients/customers
• Provide Finance & Accounting reports promptly according to the designated schedule

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• At least 1 year experience in the finance/accounting/tax department (preferably in FMCG industry)
• Have knowledge of local accounting principles (PSAK)
• Proficient in operating Ms.Office, Google Sheets, and Accounting software
• Have Tax Certification (Brevet A & B) will be a plus
• Fast learner with a high level of accuracy
• Highly motivated and well organised
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible person ready to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
