Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess S1 Degree in Psychology, Legal or Human Resource Management.
  • With minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Generalist or HR Spv
  • Experience in handle full cycle of recruitment is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Administrative expert
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Able to speak and writing in English will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Able to work as a team and individual
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • People-oriented with deep understanding of HR functions, employment laws, regulation and HR administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good negotiation skill

Responsibility :

  • End to end recruitment process including sourcing, arranging and conducting interviews, onboarding/orientation and exit process.
  • Maintain and oversees of HR functions: recruitment, leave balance record, maintain update personal files, employees database, attendance records, employee relations, performance appraisal.
  • Handling Employee Agreements (PKWT, PKWTT).
  • Prepare needs related to outings, company gatherings, including costs, accommodation, vendors, and all employees during preparation, implementation, and after activities.
  • Take disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations or policies.
  • Developing SOP, Job description, policies, company rules, procedure/regulations and other strategies.
  • Maintain implementation & development procedures is going well
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Willing to be placed at Kalideres, West Jakarta.
