SITE MANAGER

Qualifications :

·        Minimum S1 degress in Interior / Architecture

·        Good knowledge in shopdrawing, autocad, and Ms Project

·        Only for person who has a long-term vision and goal in his career

General requirements :

·        Minimum 3 years experiences in coordinating Contract Project in Interior and Furniture

·        Able to prepare Budgeting (RAB), Production schedule

·        Computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, Ms Project)

·        Fluent in English is a plus

·        Able to monitor and supervise the team in meeting the target quality, budget & schedule

·        Detail, discipline, goal oriented and strong leadership

·        Willing to travel and work long hours

·        Report directly to Operation Director
