Job Description

• Handling medical equipment’s for NICU such as infant incubators, radiant warmers, phototherapy; EEG brain monitoring, and hearing screener
• Handling clinical device / consumables such as vascular access (PICC and CVC), closed system connector, extension tubes, safety enteral feeding, NIV CPAP
• Develop and implement yearly marketing plan, including pricing strategy by considering transfer price, shipping cost and gross profit
• Responsible in achieving brand performance target, creating, and delivering promotion tools such as brochures, flyers, and booklets
• Launch new products
• Maintain good relationship with principals and customers especially the Key Opinion Leader
• Doing regular visit to pareto customers, as well as looking for new customers / opportunity (collaboration with sales team)
• Collaborate with application specialist to do training and workshop
• Monitoring sales funnels and target achievement in each branch
• Take part in national events and local events especially for events that held by IDAI (Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia), such as exhibitions, symposium, and workshop
• Collaborating with Neonatologist Association to do workshop in certain area with topic which is related to product focus
• Analyse market demand, propose sales target, develop budget plan of each product based on marketing plan, control expenses against budget
• Training in-house and abroad provided

Main Duties

• In charge of all marketing and application support aspects of NICU equipment line: Market analysis, Product strategy, Promotion, training and support of the sales force, Training and support of the customer.
• Supervision of 2 application specialists.
• Direct handling of KOL. Coordination with the principal.

Qualification

• Age maximum 35 years
• Minimum D3 / S1 - Major with Electromedical / Biomedical Engineering/ OT nurse/ Medical doctor/ Pharmacy
• Experience required in Critical Care Division; min 10 years from Medical Devices of Multinational Company.
• Fluent in English and Computer literate is a MUST
• Excellent presentation skills, Familiar with market analysis and promotion strategy
