• Implement marketing strategy from business unit to the market.
• Continually strive for building better competitive advantage for the current and future business; build an in-depth knowledge of customer, market, competitor.
• Monitor project, product development, stock, survey, call report from team and product launch process.
• Manage team.

Professional Competencies:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, marketing or business from reputable University.
• At least 6 years experiences in sales & marketing from medical device or pharma industry with strong exposure in multinational company.
• Has minimal 3 years people leadership experiences.
• Understand and able to work with compliance.
• Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office).
• Able to do presentation and communicate in English.
• Have a strong relationship with healthcare organizations (ex. IKABI, PERSADIA, PEDI.).
