Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and Develops the overall strategy for a product category (Green, Blue, Red) to drive sales and achieve targets
• Develop and maintain cordial relationship at all times with principals, re-sellers/distributors, as well as with customers
• Leads a team that provides category insights and proposals by analysing marketing and customer data and monitoring relevant market conditions
• Work closely with sales team to determine optimal pricing through analysis of sales trends, competitors to promote sales opportunities
• Develop pricing models and work with promotion/marketing team on any form of promotional activity that will enhance sales
• Analyse data concerning the particular products in a bid to understand trends and customer needs
• Help in development of budgets and management of expenses

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in FMCG or Retail as Senior or National Key Account Manager or Senior Buyer
• A degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant discipline is usually required
• Ability to work independently especially E2E from profiling right supplier - onboarding supplier - negotiation - relationship management
• Deep knowledge of Sales, Distribution and Logistics with firm understanding of retail trade dynamics
• Good negotiation skill, analytical skills, and also be able to forecast market trends in order to ensure availability of products for consumers
• Strong Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership and team building skills
• Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent hands-on experience in Data Analysis and MS Office (esp. MS Excel skills)
