Director of Finance (1 pax)
Qualifications:
1.      Proven experience as Director of Finance or similar role min 5 years.
2.      Have experience at Furniture Company (PMA/ Foreign Investment) would be advantage.
3.      Active English/ High proficiency of English.
4.      In-depth computer skills
5.      In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices
6.      Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
7.      Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP)
8.      An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
9.      Excellent organizational and leadership skills
10.     Maintain and update working knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including new filing practices, deadlines, and any company-specific information
11.   Have Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field; Masters Degree is a plus
Job Description:
1.         Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
2.         Retain constant awareness of the companys financial position and act to prevent problems
3.         Set up and oversee the companys finance IT system
4.         Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.)
5.         Oversee all audit and internal control operations
6.         Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors
7.         Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
8.         Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
9.         Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
10.      Strong knowledge in Financial Statement, Accounting Reporting, Cost Accounting, Tax and Fund Management
