Job Descriptions:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Overview and Preparing meeting and training rooms
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
• Overview company car log
• Manage and keep reception and front lobby area tidy and clean

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Education Diploma degree from any major
• Have 1-year experience as Receptionist
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English
• Good time management skills
• Experience with administrative and clerical tasks
