Lowongan Senior Quality Assurance di PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing

Job summary:

Responsible for quality control procedures for the whole factory and ensure the products meets customer’s expectation.

Job Description:

1. Implement, maintain, and develop quality assurance systems based on ISO 9001, AQL, social and ethical compliance, and factory audits.
2. Monitor QC/QA performance by collecting production data and create reports to be communicated with related departments.
3. Communicate with Technical, Product Development, and Production team to maintain product quality and ensure the targets are achieved.
4. Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
5. Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
6. Identify training needs and provide the training for QA/QC.
7. Provide approval such as size set sample, print, embroidery, and as per required by buyer.
8. Conduct a pre-production meeting.
9. Do in-line inspection to check the quality.
10. Follow up final inspection.
11. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Garment/Apparel.
2. Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
3. Experience minimum 5 year as Quality Assurance in Garment Manufacturing.
4. Able to identify and solve quality issues.
5. Garment measuring skills.
6. Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
7. Customer feedback.
8. Good leadership skills.
9. Adheres to all company policies and procedures as well as ethical standards.
10. Willing to be placed in our factory in Bandung.
