The candidate is responsible for the assigned trade under his or her jurisdiction. He or she must make sure the running of company biz on the assigned target under his/her jurisdiction and reach the target in a weekly, monthly and yearly assigned by branch office, headquarters and the principal. Candidate is to make sure good relationship with the existing customers in a daily basis. He/she must keep close relationship with the lost support customers in order to regain back their/customers support. Also he/she must explore and dig out new potential market and new cargo sources to penetrate market and secure new potential target biz/customers support. The candidate must also keep posted the market update/situation and global situation and communicate with the biz leaders, headquarters and the principal. He or she is to proceed with sales calls, sales visits and provide all the reporting as required. He/she is an independent person but, adaptive to work in a team, he/she is a self starter with high motivation and fighting spirit with never give up attitude, eager to learn and improve self performance and skills, target orientation and customer service oriented, fluent in written and spoken English, and Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
