Responsibilities:

Developing Retail or Corporate Products: Begin with market studies and comparisons, create product specifications through collaboration with other departments (Underwriting, Risk Management, Claims, Actuarial, and Profit Centers), submit them for management approval, and then proceed with product submission to the OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).

Conducting Product Development Support: This involves processes such as Focus Group Discussions (FGD), in-depth interviews, brainstorming, and collaboration with market research and profit centers.

Managing OJK Feedback: This includes handling feedback from the OJK, including adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) for responding to OJK feedback and providing answers until obtaining the approval license.

Preparing Product Infrastructure: This includes setting up the product infrastructure, including the website, platform, and configuring the core system.

Socialization to Related Departments: This entails conducting activities like training sessions, creating socialization materials, and drafting standard product specifications for quotations to intermediaries.

Evaluating Launched Products: Evaluate the performance of products that have been launched, analyzing their market penetration compared to competitor products.

Requirements:

Strong Insurance Fundamentals: Understand insurance principles and techniques.

Creativity and Innovation: Be able to identify market trends and opportunities, including competitors' strategies for creating new products.

Enthusiasm for Continuous Learning: Have a strong desire to continually acquire new knowledge.

Effective Communication and Collaboration: Be skilled in communicating and collaborating with teams and other departments and be capable of explaining product details during product knowledge training.

Regulatory Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of regulations related to product development, which will serve as the foundation for the product development process. Additionally, have experience in interacting with regulatory authorities.

Analytical Skills: Demonstrate logical abilities related to premiums, premium calculations, and business projections, along with a strong business sense to support the product development process.
