Lowongan Procurement Manager di PT Carsurin

Responsibilities :

• Developing a strategic approach to sourcing, procurement and operating model to deliver goods and services aligned with company strategy
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
• Analyze competitors' costing strategies to gain insights into industry trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Evaluate the feasibility of purchasing locally versus overseas, particularly in China, considering factors such as quality, price, lead time, and logistics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Plan and budget for recurring purchases, taking into account factors such as seasonality, market trends, and production requirements.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
• Having experience of 5 years as Procurement Manager.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find competitive pricing options.
• Proficiency in budgeting and planning for recurring purchases.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, neat and good leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Work Location: Head Office, West Jakarta.
