HR & GA, Import & Export Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Develop and manage HR policies and procedures.

• Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Manage payroll processing as recap absence requirements.

• Maintain and manage staff personal files.

• Manage office facilities, including maintenance and repairs.

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

• Provide administrative aid to facilitate the smooth operation of the office.

• Manage end to end the shipment from country origin to Office Warehouse

• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR & Shipping 

• Strong understanding of HR and Shipping regulations in Indonesia.

• Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office is required (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible & organized in work, eager to make a change in the way of work and have good interpersonal skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing.

• Responsible, Honest, Trustworthy, Disciplined and willing to learn new things

• Ability Mandarin will be plus.

• Able working under pressure
