Responsibilities
  • Responsible in monthly salary preparation
  • Check all allowances calculation (daily/monthly allowance)
  • Check and analyze overtime calculation
  • Preparing premium payment to BPJS
  • Arrange recruitment process for Staff level up to Supervisor based on requirement.
  • Responsible in arrangement of employee training: communicate with vendor, training evaluation, etc.
  • Prepare work contract agreement for new hired or extension of work contract for operators up to supervisor.
  • Arrange onboarding process of new employee based on their position and section, including orientation, On the job training, etc
  • Prepare extension of work contract for staff and above, including the YPD employee minimum 30 days before expiry date of previous contract agreement
  • Check due date of employee contract period monthly and report to related manager.
  • Input new employee data to HR system as required.
  • Submit report in monthly basis or as required to Manager PGA.
  • Any other duties within PGA as assigned by Management.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supervising and providing guidelines to Personnel staff
  • Responsible in supervising the work of and coaching of Personnel staff
  • Responsible for update personal data of staff and above on the prevailing HR data system
  • Evaluate the performance of the subordinate. Document and discuss present and past performance in accordance to the company’s performance management system.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations, interactions and business writing with others. This includes, where applicable, good business level communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills etc.
  • Having personal motivation to continually improve oneself, with the willingness to receive guidance, training and development growth opportunities, and to actively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Professional attitude and projection of a professional company image.
  • Ability to proactively identify priority tasks, anticipate implications and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with employees at all levels within the company.
  • Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long period of time, and travel domestically on short notice.
Knowledge and Experience Required
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in management or in relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years’ related working experience in a similar position in Personnel operations, including 2 years’ experience at a supervisor level.
  • Prior experience in drafting policies and standard operation procedures.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Good understand of Labor Law
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in working in a multi-cultural environment is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
  • Experience and skill in coaching and training will be an added advantage.
