Explanation of the role:

As an Reseller & Affiliate Business Development at CoolVita, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand reseller & affiliate needs, and effectively communicate our value proposition will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Prospecting:

  • Identify potential business opportunities by researching the market, industry trends, and target reseller, affiliates, & customers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective affiliates through research, networking, and cold outreach.

Affiliates & Customers Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing resellers & affiliates, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction to persuade them to purchase more and to grow the network.
  • Conduct affiliate & customer needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to meet their business goals.

Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help shape product and service offerings.

Sales Targets:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas to drive revenue growth.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to measure your performance.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations with resellers, affiliates, & customers and close deals while maintaining a win-win mindset.
  • Ensure all contracts and agreements are executed in compliance with company policies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth affiliate onboarding process.
  • Provide regular updates on market conditions and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience with direct selling sales and marketing
  • Good sales skills, can be persuasive and people person
  • Have a broad network and/or community to boost sales
  • Able to work with sales target (will also have commission)
  • Willing to join our training and product knowledge (on-site or online)
