Investment Assistant Manager/ Part Leader KKI

PT. Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia, as a subsidiary of Cosmax Group, has always been trying to create an ecosystem in the beauty industry. Recently, we have noticed that VC and Brand Aggregators are approaching this beauty industry as one of their potential investment sectors.

As a part leader in KKI Investment team, your primary role will be to find and evaluate beauty startups as a candidate for KKI to invest, then structure investment processes and support portfolio companies.

While interacting with large number of beauty start-up businesses, it’s important to prioritize, filter and quickly assess.

Investment lead generation is the key to this role, it requires thematic research and relationship building with the most ambitious beauty founders across SEA (especially Indonesia) ideally before they start actively looking for funding.

You will be:

-         Sourcing potential investment opportunities. Mostly by building strong relationships with founders of high growth beauty companies and top international investors.

-         Supporting due diligence through the investment process, including market assessment, reference calls, analysis of unit economics, financial planning, and modeling, etc.

-         Supporting both portfolio companies and other Cosmax clients as they grow their business. This could include analyzing competitors, market opportunities or attending board meetings.

Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia looking for someone who :

-         Has a passion for the beauty industry.

-         A self-starter. You must be able to contribute founders with appropriate

network meet up or strategic advice.

-         Have strong people skill including written and verbal communication

skills in English/Bahasa.

Prioritized Experiences:

-         You have gained experience or exposure to equity transactions as an

investor or founder.

-         Management Consulting

-         Experience in Beauty Industry is a plus.

-         Experience in E-commerce or Marketing agency

-         Product Management at a startup

-         Experienced in building a team or business.

Note : Selection process will be conduct offline in South Jakarta & East Jakarta
