• Responsible for Organization Development
• Ensuring manpower planning in accordance with the needs and strategic direction of the company.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment
• Carrying out the Training Needs Analysis process and developing a Training and Development activity program for the company.
• Become a company facilitator in managing Performance Management by assisting unit and individual KPI settings.
• Managing and monitoring employee performance through a system
• Mapping and placing appropriate human resources in the organization (through rotation, transfer, and promotion processes).
• Responsible for the entire administrative process related to HR management.
• Carrying out all activities related to Industrial Relations (completion of contracts, termination of employment, sanctions, etc.).

Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or another related field.
• Have work experience as HR Supervisor for at least 2 years.
• Understand the implementation of HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
• Have the ability to manage Compensation and Benefit
• Understanding Performance Management System
• Have the ability in the field of Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
