Job Description:

• in charge with On-Premise & Cloud Data Center device and operational reliability
• coordinate with upper management and colleague/co-workers to achieve the company’s goals
• comply to all ISO policies and rules set by upper management or company
• plan, build, set, maintain and monitor all infrastructures and the installed systems
• provide clear solutions in terms of selecting server, network, and software used for efficiency, reliability, security, and other related aspects.
• ensure the availability and integrity of the infrastructure as well as the system
• monitor and test the performance of the application for possible bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement necessary fixes
• analyze and isolate the issues and recommend the next upgrades and budgeting
• create and maintain a special application script to increase system efficiency and reduce personnel involvement for a job.
• maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• participate in information system and operational support designing
• collaborate with vendors and other IT staff in related departments in doing daily work or solving found issues
• conduct BCP and BCM as well as creating reports from both activities
• stick with the set SLA

Job Requirement:

• Min. 2 years of experience managing On-Premise Data Center and Cloude Data Center (Google Cloud / AWS / Azure)
• Familiar with SOHO network concept
• Willing to work in shifting hours (include holidays)
• Willing to come to the data center and be out of town if needed
• Able to work under pressore
