Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Asset Management, Information Technology, Talent, Legal, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, and Risk Management. 
 

Job Description:

• Ensure completeness, validity and accuracy of Account Payable supporting documents; analyze and investigate variances; summarize data and information
• Optimize the work operation process, identify risks and opportunities and take a proactive approach to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
• Complies with Finance Policies and Procedures
• Responds to inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data
• Prepares specific reports related to Account Payable
• Perform reconciliations of Account Payable related accounts and resolution of associated issues
   

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting major with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Familiar with SAP would be an advantage
• Have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel (able to use formula related to finance)
• Have a strong understanding of accounting and finance as well as taxation
• Self-driven, proactive, mature, attention to detail and motivated to deliver best results
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Able to work under pressure
