Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Oversee the commercialization projects for scale ups and commercialisations in Indonesia, drive the flow and use of SFDC and overall commercialization on the site. Ensure quality implementation of projects.
Coordinate and support cross-functional team (R&D, Sales, Operation, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Procurement) towards the same goal of successful commercialization of new products, lead, coordinate and communicate all activities to deliver the initial productions of the new product to meet the customerâ€™s requirements & launch date in Indonesia
Identify / detect problem; act as an escalation point for any problems and work with teams and Commercialization Lead to mitigate any risks to the project in question.
Provide weekly update on the status of new commercialization in Karawang
Assist commercial manager with some ad hoc, additional tasks when required such as the running of SFDC reports, training of new users in the process, identification of process improvements.
Support the key stakeholders in the commercialisation process and provide guidance on the use of SFDC.
Embed best practice and identify bottlenecks into the commercialization process and escalate to Commercialization Lead for further improvement
Mitigate any risks to the project. Problem Solving and troubleshoot during commercialization
Supervise project timelines, milestones and policy conformance
