Job Description:

• Support and assist for merchant Integration on production
• Handle & investigate any alarms on each domain
• Handle & investigate any complaints & inquiries from Internal and External
• Handle & investigate any alarms on each domain
• Handle, investigate, analyze, and identify any tickets on Zendesk

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in any major.
• Have a proper Domains knowledge
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Strong analytical skills analyze complex data
• Have a basic Python skill
• Must have professional working proficiency in English
• Willing to have a 6-month internship
