Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) is one of the world's Oleochemical Company which located in Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Kabupaten Simalungun, North Sumatera, is welcoming high caliber professionals to come on board as part of our team as Procurement Logistics Administrator.

Main Job Purpose:

Carry out activities related to the process of procuring goods and services related to the needs of the logistics department, as well as coordinating with related users regarding their needs by QCD, namely Quality (quality and quantity), Cost (budgeted costs), and Delivery (on time) to meet needs company operations.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities expected from role:

1. Receiving requests of services related logistic request based on email or TOR, analyze and coordination with related users to ensure the needs, completeness and correctness are in accordance with the policies, systems and procedures for procuring goods/services in the company.

2. Conduct tender for logistics needs based on forecast volume and aligned with legal for contract preparation.

3. Prepare rate cards to support logistics needs with predetermined routes (trucking rates, export freight rates, import freight rates, local charges, MHE & manpower for warehouse, external warehouse, domestic freight).

4. Provide any cost for new ad-hoc shipment to any destination and maintain the data to be recorded.

5. Maintain database related logistic contract soft copy and hardcopy to be documented neatly.

6, Maintain data for any project progress and cost saving achievements.

7. Running the Integrated Management System, Halal Assurance System and other systems that apply in the company.

8. Carry out other work tasks ordered by superiors.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelors degree from any major.
  2. Having experience in procurement logistic or freight forwarding company preferred.
  3. Good English communication both spoken and written.
  4. Good ability to operate microsoft office especially in excel.
  5. Understanding request for quotation method to each vendor.
  6. Good communication skills to internal and external stakeholder.
  7. Good understanding on export business process.
  8. Ability to multitasking on some job.
  9. Willing to relocate to Sei Mangkei, Kabupaten Simalungun, Sumatera Utara
