Job Description :

• Collaborating with the tax team to comprehend and implement the applicable tax regulations in Indonesia.
• Assisting in calculating and preparing tax reports, including income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and land and building tax (PBB).
• Assisting in the timely and accurate submission of tax returns (SPT) according to the relevant regulations.
• Managing the process of filling out e-invoices and e-tax returns to fulfill electronic tax reporting requirements.
• Keeping track of the latest updates in tax laws and ensuring the company remains compliant with these changes.
• Compiling the necessary tax documents for reporting and tax compliance purposes.
• Assisting the team in facing tax audit processes and providing required data and information to tax authorities.
• Ensuring the company adheres to all tax obligations and reporting deadlines.
• Collaborating with the finance team and other relevant departments to ensure accurate tax information is obtained.
• Research tax laws and regulations to understand the latest tax implications.
• Making monthly and yearly reports to the manager, director, and group.

Requirement :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, tax, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience working in multinational companies, especially in Tax, Accounting, and Finance.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and procedures. Familiarity with local, state, and national tax codes is essential.
• Understand about Tax (21), (23), (25), 4(2), (26), VAT, (29)
• Proficiency in using tax software, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented person and communicating person.
• Good communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.
• Having a business mindset, data analytical skills, and adaptive
• Able to identify tax issues, research solutions, and propose strategies to optimize tax outcomes while ensuring compliance.
• Having certification min brevet A & B, but having brevet C will be an advantage
• Have driving license SIM A & C
• Willing to work in Purwakarta – Jawa Barat.
