Job Objectives :

• The E-Commerce staff is responsible for managing and overseeing a diverse Online Store of cross-functional operation intiatives
• This is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purpose is to ensure the efficient and effective-day-to-day operational management across all E-Commerce offers and processes.
• This role will engage with, and support, several departments including Order Fulfilment, Stores, Delivery, Customer Care, IT & Financial Services.
• This position will work with internal and external partners to addresss issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve the processes and systems.
• This position will also work with management to develop strategy and long-term planning for the E-Commerce operations team.

Knowledge and Skills :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Mathematics, graduates from reputable University will be a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
• People management experience and team leadership
• A track record of analytical thinking
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• End to end process management experience.
