Lowongan Executive Finance/Accounting & Tax di PT Makino Indonesia

1) Cashier:

-Process accurate payments (cash, cheque and TT)

-Record all cash transactions & do reconciliation due to discrepancies

- Prepare summary report to reflect cash flow

2) Finance/Accounting & Tax:

- Prepare invoices & tax invoices for any parts of sales & services to Customers into proper accounts, and issue Debit Note/Credit Note in timely basis

- Record all transactions (cash, bank, A/R, A/P, tax) into proper accounts and in timely basis

- Manage necessary journals/adjustments

- Prepare monthly tax report (PPN, PPh23, PPh4(2),PPh25) in time

- Perform reconciliation balance sheet accounts between G/L and Sub G/L (cash, A/R, A/P, accrual, and tax payable)

- Manage monthly AR collection

- Monitor all filing data properly documented (Finance Accounting and Tax)

- Do annual inventory count

- Manage Bukti Potong PPH-23 collection from customers, and deliver Bukti Potong PPH-23 to suppliers

- Prepare and submit SisMoDis data to Bank Indonesia

- Assist to collect data for audit purposes if any
