Requirement:

• Strong spoken English, English writing, and communication skills
• Ability to engage learners in groups effectively online and in person
• Experience with students 2- 10 years old preferred
• Strength in differentiated learning, play and/or project-based learning are desirable
• Committed to a duty of care and good cooperation with parents
• Integrity and growth mindset that can be modeled to students and peers
• Positive influence towards team to help build a healthy culture
• Demonstrate understanding and ability in effective lesson planning, professional collaboration, productive teaching strategies, assessment, and documentation of students’ learning
• Willingness and creativity in helping with the recruitment of students
• Fresh grads can be considered given the right attitude, enthusiasm, and existing skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience expected
