Responsibilities:

• Replying customers in timely manner
• Manage customer expecation
• Monitor and improve Shops rating and performance
• Manage and maintain product listing
• Work closely with ecommerce RM
• Manage Tokopedia, Shopee and TikTok
• Strong technical knowledge of E-commerce platforms.
• Participating actively in sales promotion, campaigns, programs, ideas, implementation, execution and monitoring
• Produce documents and data input
• Help other team member across departments
• Competitor review and analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as Ecommerce Specialist / Manager
• Supervision, research and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and strategic thinking
• Have a positive mindset and attitude
