Public Relations

• Develop brilliant external communications and stakeholder engagement strategy, plan and budget, including corporate and consumer CEO program, social, speaker program, media.
• Roll out high quality campaign and engagement activities
• Act as a spokesperson and brand representative

Media Relations

• Manage media relations with relevant media house in Indonesia to promote influence.
• Collaborate with Sales team to align with brand message.
• Manage day-to-day proactive and reactive corporate and consumer media relations and organic social media.

Budget & Vendor Management

• Responsible for planning and implementation of PR & Media communications expenditures within the whole Customer & Marketing budget.
• Manage PR vendor engagement, by holding periodical vendor performance review with proper minutes and follow up action tracking to ensure optimal service and coverage of SOW in the most efficient way.

Team Management

• Ensure team members and PR agency partners are proactive, anticipative, highly responsive and fast moving.
• Excellent team management skills, with experience of building and creating high performing and responsive communications teams is required.

Others

• Risk management in function by self.
• Handling and monitoring administrative processes taking place in each activity.
