What you will be doing:

• Preparing payment for business units within the Group;
• Responsible in updating data into ERP system in relation to cash/bank movements;
• Responsible in monthly bank reconciliations of business units under your portfolio;
• Liaise with overseas colleagues in payment matters;
• Assisting in bank administration matters;
• Assisting in any ad-hoc matters that arise during the course of work.

What it takes from you:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/partial professional qualification
• Familiar with SAP B1
• 3 years of working experience in handling payments
• Previous exposure to Accounts Payable is an advantage
• Able to work independently as well as a Team.
• Good command in English (both verbal and written), if able to communicate with Mandarin will be an advantage.
