Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree all major
2. Experiences in area of project procurement 
3. Experience as quantity surveyor / estimator is a plus
4. Integrity person with good communication and negotiation skill
5. Prefebly have experiences in interior design/furniture
6. Good negotiation anf proficiency in written & spoken English
7. Have minimal 2 year of experience in related area

Job Des :

1. Responsible for and plans, organizes and manages the procurement process in Tender and Contract
2. Organize, control and reviewing a wide variety of requisitions and sourcing potential vendors, reviewing bid proposals from vendors and making recommendation and following up with vendors on goods delivery
3. Developing and planningpurchasing program and/or activities to improve process, coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying and distributing materials, equipment, and vendor / supplies
4. Provide periodic report with team
5. Record and maintain all documents related to purchasing programs
