Job Description
- Handling of investigation report warranty claim
- Monitoring and take action of warranty trend
- Analysis problem happened and take countermeasure
- Handling of Cost sharing activity with Customer and Supplier (Negotiation and Dealing)
- Prepare Internal report monthly trend of warranty claim
- Direct Communication with headquarter, Customer and Supplier to solve the problem
- Development measuring analysis for investigation claim
- Prepare monthly payment to Customer
- Handling of warranty procedure and review update
- Handling of internal and external audit (IATF and Safety)
Competency Required
- Have knowledge for warranty investigation and trend database.
- Have knowledge for material specification and inspection.
- Have knowledge for QC7 tools and PDCA.
- Have knowledge for using office software (excel,ppt,etc).
Experience Required
- Have work experience 1 or 2 year (however Fresh Graduate is welcome).
- Have work experience for Quality Assurance or Investigation handling warranty/after market compliance jobs.
Education Required
- Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, and related major with Engineering
