Lowongan Recruitment and Development Coordinator di PT Pacific Place Jakarta

Main Accountabilities:

1. Conducting Training Needs Analysis of all departments with People Development Officer to fulfill the competence of the position holder of each employee in the Company such as include the development of syllabus, materials, test equipment and demonstrations, can be run according to the needs of the position holders in the Company.

2. Ensure that all training programs are planned, implemented, documented and evaluated properly to be reported to the HR Assistant Manager, HR Manager, User Department both related to the fulfillment of competence.

3. Develop Trainers from all Departments so that all departments can run their departmental training independently and integrated with training plan in the company.

4. Provide recommendations for relevant external training vendors to ensure the Company's training needs meet the competencies of each position holder.

5. Coordinate the implementation of training, both internal and external training, with related parties so that all training is successfully implemented.

6. Assist HR Assistant Manager in preparing annual manpower plans for all departments in company, and ensure all manpower needs are handled in accordance with manpower plan.

7. Together with the Recruitment and Development Officer, conduct the selection stage for candidates before the recruitment process continues to the user.

Requirement:

• S1 all major
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Train of the Trainer (TOT)
• Having knowledge about BEI
• Having good communication in english
• Good Communication and analysis
