DESCRIPTION OF KOORDINATOR WAREHOUSE LOGISTIC :

• Export delivery: checking export schedules, checking contracts, arranging stuffing schedules and coordinating with warehouse personnel (warehouse rental), checking products for export shipments, making performance packing lists for export shipments.
• Domestic shipments: adjusting delivery schedules from marketing, controlling the quantity of products to be sent, determining the choice of the use of shipping fleets.
• Responsible for preparing packing lists for export.
• Provide packing list performance data for export shipments.
• Responsible for the provision of delivery trucking.
• Evaluating shipping fleets, especially export and domestic shipments.
• Establish relationships and communication with trucking vendors

QUALIFICATIONS KOORDINATOR WAREHOUSE LOGISTIC :

• Maximum 40 years old
• Candidate must graduate from a reputable university, at least Bachelor's Degree, Majoring in Management/Teknik Logistic or other management major, with minimum GPA 3.20
• Able to speak english fluently and exellent spoken and written communication skill
• Have experience as Warehouse Logistic at least 2 Years for this position
• Have Forklift Driver License / SIO Forklift (MANDATORY)
• Have good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 , ISO 45001 and SMK3
• Have good health, high integrity, accountability and able to work under pressure with good teamwork
• Good communication skills to maintain good relations with internal colleagues and external parties
• Initiative person who have a positive attitude to everyone
• Ready to work on holidays or out of hour office
