As an IT Helpdesk Manager, you are responsible for supporting all existing users regarding their requests related to IT and coordinate with IT team for follow-up and ensure full resolution of issues, and proactively understand and anticipate issues and requirements, ensure appropriate communication with the clients.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong networking configuration and troubleshooting experience (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless set up and VPN)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills of end user equipment (e.g. Windows and Mac systems)
  • Good knowledge on the desktop support for both hardware and software
