Lowongan Business Development (Leasing) Supervisor di PT Pop Properti Indonesia

Acquire prospective tenants to occupy vacant space / units, prepare data for presentation and negotiation until finalization.

Responsibility:

Provide Leasing guidance, update Leasing prospective tenants data, Leasing report compilation, analyze and provide recommendation to improve services sustainably.

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or Communication from reputable Universities

2.    At least 4 years of working experience as leasing or similar position from Shopping Center/ Mall/ Property (have experience in mall and/ or hospitality building project is an advantages also)

3.    Have high sense of initiative ,passion in selling, analytical, dynamic, good communication, negotiation and presentation skill

4.    Fluent in English

5.    Advance in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)

6.    An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability

7.    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

8.    Attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
