We are looking for Senior Manager and Assistant Manager – Injection to lead our full service plastic injection molding facility located at Cibitung – Bekasi producing the highest quality plastic parts for electronics and health care industry.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise entire injection facility
• Provide leadership, direction and support for employees
• Maintain an organized, clean & safe working environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering from a reputable university
• 5+ years of experience in companywide managerial role
• 10+ years of experience in plastic injection industry

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge in Injection Machine and Mold
• Good command of English language and computer literate
• Knowledgeable with international quality standards such as ISO
• Experience implementing and managing quality control
• Experience implementing and managing continuous improvement opportunities
