Lowongan TC/COI Handler (Organic) di PT Pcu Indonesia

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Agriculture or equivalent.
• Preferably having 1 year working experience in maintaining project administration or related field.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• High initiative, diplomatic, organized, observant, tenacious, bold, good adaptability skills.
• Able to work under pressure, in a small team, and independently with people from different cultural backgrounds, and able to multi-tasking.
• Have basic IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), persistent and accurate in the assigned work, cooperative and proactive.
• Preferably available immediately for this position.
• Office-based position.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Being able to communicate with internal and external parties (Indonesian and overseas colleagues and clients).
• Handling TC/COI under the Agriculture Department.
• Coordination with another colleague; within the TC department and Agriculture Dept.
• Delivery suffices information about any update regulation to the client or another colleague, including training in case necessary and capable.
• Submitting daily report (TC progress) to TC coordinator.
• Working independently based on instructions for the above tasks;
• Able to deliver the service in a good manner, timeline, and quality.
