Job Summary:

Product Manager is responsible for achieve the goal, developing and executing Marketing Plans that lead to maximize his/her product's profitability over both short and long term respecting company vision, ethics, and business integrity.

Job Description:

• Develop marketing brand plan, targeting, marketing segmented messages, promotional material for the products they are responsible for.
• Analyze and evaluate all business process, market data, sales activities, track impacts of all promotional activities, market segments, competitors and others,
• Deal the activities with medical association, Key Opinion Leader doctors, promoted the responsible brand in medical events through presentation,
• Communicate the marketing program to internal stakeholders and implement campaigns.
• Seeking information related to its products and also competitors to support promotional activity strategies.
• Create innovative ideas to develop their products.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in several projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of any field.
• Having minimum 2 years experience as Product Manager in Multinational Pharmaceutical Industry and having experience in handling new product.
• Keen interest in developing for Psychiatry, Antiplatelet, Central Nervous System (CNS), and Cardiovascular area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills.
• Able to manage innovation and creativity.
• Having a good analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
