Responsibilities
Requirements
- Create Revenue for Academy training
- Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
- Make a appointment meeting or  Canvasing to increase database/ client.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Increase and maintain relation with client.
- Monitoring Training
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Get the detailed information of the customer such as company, contact numbers, designation and forward to designated Karya Talents Sales
- Create a schedule of meeting with customer and Karya Talents sales as possible
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Requirements
- Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Bachelor’s degree graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven Sales experience with at least 2 years of experience.
- Understanding of the Sales process and dynamics.
- Customer-oriented person.
- Have good interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Have a good looking and attractive appearance.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Reach out to customer leads through canvassing and telemarketing.
- Have a good ability to deliver presentations.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
